REAPER RECIPES: DEER MEAT LOAF

DEER MEATLOAF

Today’s Recipe comes from the Reaper Queen herself. If you do not recognize that call sign, its Reaper-01 and 03′s mother, Mary Bellan. This meal is quick, easy, and delicious.

THE INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs of ground deer meat
2 cupfuls of crushed cornflakes
1 Egg
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of tomato soup
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of boiling water
4 strips of bacon
THE PLAN
Mix all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

REAPER RECIPES: BLACK BEAR SMOKED HAM

Black Bear Smoked Ham

INGREDIENTS:
5 LBS Black Bear rump roast (De-Bone)
Pork Rub or Beef Rub
Jar of Molasses
2 TBS. Black Pepper
2 TSP. Paprika
2 cups of Chipped wood (your choice) Soaked for 24 hours
THE PLAN
I like to add extra pepper and paprika to my rub. Most Rubs already have enough salt.
